All enquiries — permission requests, copyright notices, takedown requests and reports of a copy — go through our Discord server, which is the official contact channel for the site:

The site is hosted by a professional web hosting service.

3. Ownership of the Site and its Games

CS2 Daily Game is an original work, written from scratch and developed continuously since 2025. Everything the site is made of belongs to its author and is protected by copyright under French and international law (Code de la propriété intellectuelle, Berne Convention). This includes, without limitation:

• the source code — the front-end, the game engines, the simulation engines and the server-side logic;
• the visual design — layout, colour system, typography, interface components, icons and every illustration created for the site;
• the design of each game — its concept, its rules, its scoring, its difficulty tiers, its categories, its wording and its interface: Bingo, Guess, Blur, Higher or Lower, Team Path, Wordle, Major Draft, Career Mode, Pro Manager, the multiplayer rooms and every mode published here;
• the editorial content — page copy, tips, FAQs, the bingo category catalogue, the Counter-Strike word list and every text written for the site;
• the structure, selection and arrangement of the player pages, club pages and transfer pages.

Making a page readable in a browser grants no licence to any of it. No right to reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute or exploit any part of the site is transferred to anyone by viewing it, by linking to it, or by downloading the files a browser needs in order to display it.

The publication history of the site is publicly timestamped: the sitemap, the Internet Archive and the site's own version history establish the date on which each page and each game first went online.

4. The Database

The player, club, transfer, honour and statistics database assembled, verified, corrected and maintained by CS2 Daily Game is protected as a database in its own right (Directive 96/9/EC; articles L341-1 et seq. of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle). It is the result of a substantial and continuing investment in collection, verification, structuring and presentation.

Extraction or re-use of a substantial part of it is prohibited without prior written permission — whether by copying, scraping, crawling, bulk downloading of pages or images, automated querying, or the repeated and systematic extraction of insubstantial parts.

Text and data mining rights, including for the training or fine-tuning of artificial intelligence models, are expressly reserved under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. Automated access beyond what robots.txt allows is not authorised.

5. What You Are Welcome to Do

The site is free and meant to be shared. Without asking anyone, you may:

• play every game, for free, with or without an account;
• link to any page of the site, from anywhere;
• share your results and screenshots, and record or stream the games on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok or anywhere else — monetised channels included;
• quote a short extract of a page in an article or a video, provided the source is credited as CS Daily Game with a link to csdailygame.com;
• write about the site, review it, criticise it and tell people about it.

Anything beyond that — in particular any commercial or systematic re-use — requires written permission, which can be requested on Discord. It is often granted; it is simply not automatic.

6. What Is Not Allowed

The following are prohibited without prior written authorisation from CS2 Daily Game, whatever the medium and whatever the process used:

• reproducing, adapting or translating the site, or any page of it, in whole or in substantial part, on another domain or under another name;
• cloning one of the games — reusing its rules, its scoring, its category or word lists, its difficulty design, its wording or its interface, whether identically or in a form that merely renames the elements;
• copying the source code, the stylesheets, the markup, the layout or the assets;
• republishing the player, club or transfer pages, or the data behind them;
• scraping, crawling or mirroring the site beyond what robots.txt allows, or framing its pages inside another site;
• presenting the site, or a copy of it, as your own work, or removing or altering any credit, copyright notice or attribution;
• using the names CS Daily Game or CS2 Daily Game, the site's logo, or any name or domain likely to be confused with them.

Copying the concept and the presentation of a site in order to capture the audience it built is, under French law, also unfair competition and free-riding (concurrence déloyale et parasitisme) — a claim that stands on its own, independently of copyright, and that does not require the copy to be identical.

7. Third-Party Rights

Some of the material shown on the site does not belong to CS2 Daily Game and is used for identification and information purposes only: Counter-Strike 2, its logos and its artwork are trademarks and property of Valve Corporation; player photographs, club logos and event marks belong to their respective owners; factual data is compiled from public sources such as HLTV and Liquipedia, whose own terms apply to it (Liquipedia content is CC BY-SA); brand and social icons come from Simple Icons (CC0).

CS2 Daily Game is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation, HLTV, Liquipedia, or any team, player or organiser shown on the site.

Those third-party rights are not transferred to anyone who copies this site: reproducing our pages gives no right to reproduce the photographs, marks or data they contain.

8. Reporting a Copy

If you come across a site that reproduces our games, our pages, our design or our data, please tell us on Discord. Include the address of the page and, if you can, what it copies — it takes a minute, and it is the fastest way for us to act on it.

Where a copy is confirmed, we notify the operator first, then, if necessary, the host, the registrar and the CDN, we file removal requests with search engines, and we reserve every further remedy available to us, including legal action and damages.

9. Notice of Infringement

If you believe that content published on this site infringes a right you hold, contact us on Discord with the work concerned, the exact address of the page, proof of your rights and a way to reach you. Content found to be infringing is removed promptly. We answer every properly identified notice — there is no need to escalate before contacting us.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected on this site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. External Links

The site may contain links to other websites. CS2 Daily Game is not responsible for the content of these external sites.

12. Limitation of Liability

CS2 Daily Game strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on this site. However, CS2 Daily Game cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information and content available on it.

13. Governing Law

This notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the site, its content or its use falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
