CS2 Pro Manager

Run a real Counter-Strike 2 club on the real circuit — sign pros and retired legends, call the veto and every round, and climb Valve's ranking season after season.

How to play CS2 Pro Manager

Pro Manager is a free Counter-Strike 2 management game in the spirit of Football Manager. Take over a real organisation — Vitality, NAVI, Spirit, FaZe or any club that fields five — or found your own and start from online cups. You are the head coach and the general manager at once: the roster, the budget, the staff and the calls during a match.

Everything starts from the real scene. The players and their numbers are the real ones, the calendar is the real event calendar with its prize money, Valve's ranking decides who gets invited to the Majors, and each club carries its real partners and details. From there the save is yours: form, transfers between clubs, morale, chemistry, young regens and legends coming out of retirement all move with your decisions.

Matches can be simulated in a click or watched round by round on a broadcast-style HUD, with the map veto, the buy and timeouts in your hands. Between events you manage the week: training, scouting, contracts, sponsors, facilities, and the letters in your inbox that ask you to decide something.

Tips

  • Keep your five together before an event: every change in the five costs chemistry and part of the Valve points the roster earned.
  • Play the veto on real map win rates — ban where the opponent is strongest, pick where your edge over them is biggest.
  • A star on the bench loses morale fast; promise him the server only if you mean to start him within the month.

Frequently asked questions

Is CS2 Pro Manager free?

Yes. It runs in the browser with no download and no account needed; signing in only keeps your saves across devices.

Are the players, teams and events real?

Yes. Players and their stats are the real ones, the calendar and prize money from the real circuit, and the standings follow Valve's ranking. Salaries are not public anywhere, so wages and sponsor amounts are modelled, and the game says so.

Can I sign retired legends?

Yes. Retired pros can come out of retirement on a one-year deal. Their level is rated from their career peak — Hall of Fame, Top 20 seasons and Majors — minus the rust of the years away.

How long does a season last?

A season follows the real calendar from January to December. You advance a week at a time and stop whenever there is a match to play or a decision in the inbox, so a season fits in a few sessions.

Is there a leaderboard?

Yes. Sign in and every career files itself on the Pro Manager board, ranked on trophies, the Valve rank each season finishes on and prize money; a club you founded counts a quarter more. It is also a tab of the homepage scoreboard.
